The word to describe this gym is… elite! Brand new machines and equipment. The staff makes sure that everything stays clean for the next user. The gym is big enough that you wouldn’t wait long to use a machine/station. There’s an indoor and outdoor section and they also have a stunning recovery center. Everyone that I’ve met at the gym has been so friendly, it feels like there’s a good community. After years of bouncing around different gyms, I’d say this is the best one in Canggu.

No hay excesiva cantidad de personas depende de la hora que vayas, aún así, se puede entrenar perfectamente. Buen ambiente, ofrecen agua y toallas tanto de entrenar como de ducha. Quizá lo único que destacaría negativo, sería los "influencers" que obstaculizan los entrenos a las personas que vamos a entrenar sin grabarnos cada uno de los ejercicios. What is included in the Recharge facilities?

Recharge facilities include our pool deck, jacuzzi, ice bath, sauna, turkish steam room, water, shower & lockers, towel, sports treatment rooms, and exclusive discounts.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes, you can freeze your membership (Max 1 month) with a freeeze charge of 200k IDR.

Can I use the gym area with this membership?

Unfortunately, Recharge membership is only available for the recovery area. Recharge Members will also be able to use the gym area if they purchased our Elite membership.

Do I need to bring my own towel?

You don’t need to bring your own towel (though you could) since we will provide towel for our members.

What is the ice bath temperature?

The ice bath temperature is 4-6 degrees

What is the sauna and steam room temperature?

Sauna temp ranges 80 — 100

Steam room 38 — 40

Ice Bath 4 — 6

Jacuzzi 38 — 40
