Rules & Regulations

The member agrees to abide by all rules set by Elite Fit Bali regarding the equipment, facilities, premises, and staff. Elite Fit Bali reserves the right to terminate any membership contract if a member fails to obey any of these rules or causes nuisance, or disturbance to other members or staff, or any other moral turpitude or fraud.
The member agrees to the following rules:
Always consider other members’ rights and privileges while he/she is training.
Always follow the directions for the correct use of equipment. Trainers have the right
to stop your training if you are not following the trainer’s instructions, or breaking
any of the club rules.
Seek help if necessary.
Always treat staff and other members with curtesy and respect.
Accept responsibility for any damage to machines, equipment or facilities, including a
charge for lost locker keys.

Memberships & Extras

Memberships are available on daily, weekly, 4 weekly (28 days), 12 weekly (84 days), 26 weekly (168 days) and annual (365 days) basis. No refunds can be issued once the contract is signed and payment is made.
Elite Fit Bali issues a charge of 700k for the use of professional cameras inside the gym. No free lance personal training. Members may freeze contracts with a minimum period of 1 month at a cost of 200k per month.
Members may transfer memberships to others, if circumstances require, with a charge of 200k. Strictly no freelance Personal Training. Only trainers employed by the gym may use the facilities to carry out their trade.

Valuables & Personal Items

Elite Fit Bali is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property when on the property, this includes items left within lockers in the gym. Lockers are provided uponrequest and it is recommended that you keep your key with you at all times using the bracelet provided. Once again, Elite Fit Bali is not responsible for any lost or stolen items left in thelockers or locker rooms.

Recovery Area

Only members with valid ‘Recharge’ memberships may access these facilities. Staff reserve the right to ask individuals to leave the pool/spa area if they do not possess a valid membership.
Members should shower before using the sauna, steam room, ice bath, jacuzzi and pool facilities.
Running, jumping, diving and other dangerous activities are not permitted in the recovery area.


Appropriate clothing and footwear is to be worn in the gym area. Flip Flops, sandals and barefoot are not permitted for training. Elite Fit Bali kindly asks that all members wear shirts when using the gym. The staff may refuse individuals access if they do not comply with these rules.
In the Recharge area of the gym members must wear appropriate swimming costumes at all times. The staff may refuse individuals access if they do not comply with these rules.

Gym Etiquette

Please respect other members in the gym by:
Re-racking weights
Cleaning machines after use
Taking phone calls outside
Not occupying equipment for long periods of time
Not playing music outload
Not using physical or verbal intimidation

Food & Beverage

 No outside food or drinks allowed in the gym.

Authorization to use images

 Elite Fit Bali is granted the right to photograph/video members in connection with social media and promotional content. By signing up to the gym members agree and acknowledge this.

Breach of the rules

Should members not follow these terms consequences may be as follows:
Refused entry
Denied access
Removed from the premises
Membership cancelled

  3. Monthly Pass (Singles) – Perform, Recharge, Elite
  4. Monthly Pass (for Couples) – Perform, Recharge, Elite

  6. 6-Months Pass – Perform, Recharge, Elite
  7. Yearly Pass – Perform, Recharge, Elite

  • When paying for four weeks, your membership is valid for a 28 day period.
  • When paying for twelve weeks, your membership is valid for an 84 day period.
  • When paying for twelve months, your membership is valid for a 365 day period.

*Please note that all the passes and memberships are paid upfront and are non-refundable, and non-transferable.


Reserve the right to refuse entry to a class if the member is over 5 minutes late. Please note that all the class passes are non-refundable, non-modifiable and non-transferable.


Please note that when booking a class, we will require a 3-hour notice if you are not able to attend. Failure to inform us within the time limit will result in suspending your membership from booking any classes for 1 week.


  • 4 weeks membership cannot be frozen.
  • 4 weeks recurring membership has a maximum freeze time of 2 weeks.
  • 12 weeks membership has a maximum freeze time of 2 weeks during the length of the membership and can be separated into 2 parts.
  • 1 year membership has a maximum freeze time of 4 weeks during the length of the membership and can be separated into 2 parts.


*Please note that we are unable to backdate or separate any time freeze request . You must request in advance a membership freeze for the desired month. Minimum freeze is 1 week.


Members who have signed up for a recurring membership, please note that the membership will automatically renew unless cancelled 14 days prior to the designated renewal date. There is a 7-day cooling-off period before the membership can be cancelled.

To cancel a recurring membership, the member must come to the Body Factory Bali reception or contact cancellations@bodyfactorybali.com.

Please note that all memberships are non-refundable, non-modifiable, and non-transferable.

Recurring memberships purchased online must be completed at BFB’s reception. Please bring your preferred credit/debit card to complete your onboarding.


We provide members with lockers which you are able to use whilst exercising. Please note that these are not security lockers. Please keep your key with you at all times and any valuables brought into the facility is at your own risk. In order to have access to a locker, a deposit of 100K or valuable item (scooter key, ID, must be left at the reception). Lost of locker key will incur a 250K (per key) non-refundable penalty. The Body Factory Bali is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings of members whilst on our property; even if someone breaks into your locker. If you leave belongings in a locker overnight, we have the right to remove them. Lost and found matters should be reported to Reception.

Towels are entitled and available for all Body Factory’s members at the reception. All used towels need to be returned back to the towel bin which is provided at the reception. Failure to do this will incur an IDR 50K non-refundable penalty for gym towel/hair towel and an IDR 150K non-refundable penalty for bath/sauna/pool towel.




The Body Factory Bali requires that members wear appropriate clothing and footwear whilst in the facility. Appropriate clothing includes gym shorts, t-shirts, jogging suits, aerobic wear and sweat outfits. Street or beach clothing and jeans are not considered appropriate clothing. Flip-flops and sandals are prohibited within the facility. All footwear should be close- toed and secured to the member’s feet. We do not allow clothes with offensive images or inappropriate advertising. The Body Factory Bali reserves the rights to deny anyone access to the fitness center that violates the dress rules.




The Body Factory Bali requires that members wear swimming costume at any point. The use of the facility is not allowed wearing street clothing. Nudity is not allowed. The Body Factory Bali reserves the rights to deny anyone access to the Spa area that violates the dress rules.


No photography, videotaping, filming or audio recording is permitted within the facility without the express written consent of management.
