Members agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by Elite Fit Bali, including but not limited to
Failure to comply with these rules may result in disciplinary action, including membership termination.
Members warrant that they are in good physical condition and have no medical or health-related restrictions that would prevent them from safely participating in exercise activities at Elite Fit Bali.
It is the responsibility of a member to consult with a healthcare professional prior to commencing any exercise program.
Elite Fit Bali offers various membership options, including:
All passes and memberships must be paid in full upfront at the time of purchase. All memberships are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Members have the option to transfer their memberships to others if necessary, subject to a fee of Rp200k.
All members must be over 15 years of age.
Members can temporarily suspend their contracts, with each month of suspension, incurring a fee of Rp200k.
All personal training sessions and packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-modifiable.
External personal trainers are not allowed.
Elite Fit Bali offers group fitness classes as part of all membership packages.
Lockers are available during your visit to Elite Fit Bali. Members agrees to use lockers responsibly and to refrain from leaving valuables unattended. Elite Fit Bali is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property left in lockers.
Members release Elite Fit Bali of any claims, demands, suits, complaints, cause of action or any liability for loss, stolen or damage to their personal property while using a locker on the premises.
Storage of illegal substances, firearms, and toxic or volatile chemicals is prohibited and punishable by law.
Locker keys must be returned to the reception at the end of each visit. Elite Fit Bali reserves the right to remove any articles left in a locker overnight. The loss of a locker key will be subject to a Rp250,000 fee.
Elite Fit Bali is not responsible for any loss or damage to members’ personal belongings, including but not limited to, jewellery, electronics, or clothing.
Members are advised to keep valuables secure in lockers at all times.
Any items found shall be held in the lost and found for a period of 30 days from the date of discovery. After this period, unclaimed items will be disposed of at the discretion of the gym management. Elite Fit Bali shall not be held liable for the loss or disposal of any unclaimed items after the specified period.
We aim to create a comfortable and respectful environment for all our members. Elite Fit Bali upholds the discretion to refuse access to individuals not adhering to our standards of appropriate dress code, etiquette, and hygiene.

We kindly request all members to be mindful of personal hygiene and odour during their visits to our facilities.
Elite Fit Bali provides equipment and facilities for members’ use during operating hours. Members agrees to use equipment properly and to report any malfunctioning or damaged equipment to staff immediately.
Members are accountable for upholding cleanliness standards by wiping down equipment after use, returning accessories or weights to their designated locations, and properly disposing of trash or personal items.
It is expected that members abide by Elite Fit Bali’s policies on equipment usage, refraining from monopolising machines or stations excessively.
Prohibited behaviours include dropping weights, throwing equipment, or engaging in activities that could damage facilities or pose safety risks.
For any equipment-related inquiries, our team is readily available to assist you.
Elite Fit Bali prioritises the health and safety of its members and team. Members must adhere to all safety protocols. Elite Fit Bali cannot be held responsible for personal injuries resulting from equipment misuse or personal misconduct.
Additionally, if a member has an infection, contagious illness, or any condition that poses a risk to other members, access to our facilities will be restricted.
Members agree not to engage in any illegal activities on Elite Fit Bali premises, including but not limited to, the use of illicit substances or the distribution of unauthorised materials.
No outside food or drinks are allowed on the premises.
Shoots with professional equipment and tripods require prior approval from management and must be scheduled during designated time slots. For the use of a professional camera, a fee of Rp700k per camera/per hour will be charged.
We request that members refrain from capturing other members in their photos/videos to uphold privacy.
Members grant Elite Fit Bali permission to use any photographs or videos taken during their participation in gym activities for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, social media posts, website content, and marketing materials.
Members consent to sharing personal information, including but not limited to, name, phone number, birthday, email, and photo, for the purpose of maintaining Elite Fit Bali’s customer database information system. Members agree to promptly notify the Gym of any changes to their personal details, including contact information.
Elite Fit Bali may communicate with members via email or phone regarding membership updates, promotions, and other relevant information. Members may opt out of receiving non-essential communications at any time.
Elite Fit Bali retains the authority to cancel or suspend your membership without notice in the event of any misconduct or violation of rules, without issuing a refund or assuming liability.
Additionally, Elite Fit Bali reserves the right to remove and ban any individual from accessing the facilities if they fail to comply with instructions and the terms & conditions.

Elite Fit Bali’s ‘Bring a friend for free’ promotion operates with the following terms and conditions.
The terms and conditions of this promotion are valid from 31 August 2024. Elite Fit Bali reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be published online and the valid from date will be updated. If you have any questions about the promotion, please email info@elitefitbali.com.

Reserve the right to refuse entry to a class if the member is over 5 minutes late. Please note that all the class passes are non-refundable, non-modifiable and non-transferable.
Please note that when booking a class, we will require a 3-hour notice if you are not able to attend. Failure to inform us within the time limit will result in suspending your membership from booking any classes for 1 week.
*Please note that we are unable to backdate or separate any time freeze request . You must request in advance a membership freeze for the desired month. Minimum freeze is 1 week.
Members who have signed up for a recurring membership, please note that the membership will automatically renew unless cancelled 14 days prior to the designated renewal date. There is a 7-day cooling-off period before the membership can be cancelled.
To cancel a recurring membership, the member must come to the Body Factory Bali reception or contact cancellations@bodyfactorybali.com.
Please note that all memberships are non-refundable, non-modifiable, and non-transferable.
Recurring memberships purchased online must be completed at BFB’s reception. Please bring your preferred credit/debit card to complete your onboarding.
We provide members with lockers which you are able to use whilst exercising. Please note that these are not security lockers. Please keep your key with you at all times and any valuables brought into the facility is at your own risk. In order to have access to a locker, a deposit of 100K or valuable item (scooter key, ID, must be left at the reception). Lost of locker key will incur a 250K (per key) non-refundable penalty. The Body Factory Bali is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings of members whilst on our property; even if someone breaks into your locker. If you leave belongings in a locker overnight, we have the right to remove them. Lost and found matters should be reported to Reception.
Towels are entitled and available for all Body Factory’s members at the reception. All used towels need to be returned back to the towel bin which is provided at the reception. Failure to do this will incur an IDR 50K non-refundable penalty for gym towel/hair towel and an IDR 150K non-refundable penalty for bath/sauna/pool towel.
Gym
The Body Factory Bali requires that members wear appropriate clothing and footwear whilst in the facility. Appropriate clothing includes gym shorts, t-shirts, jogging suits, aerobic wear and sweat outfits. Street or beach clothing and jeans are not considered appropriate clothing. Flip-flops and sandals are prohibited within the facility. All footwear should be close- toed and secured to the member’s feet. We do not allow clothes with offensive images or inappropriate advertising. The Body Factory Bali reserves the rights to deny anyone access to the fitness center that violates the dress rules.
Spa
The Body Factory Bali requires that members wear swimming costume at any point. The use of the facility is not allowed wearing street clothing. Nudity is not allowed. The Body Factory Bali reserves the rights to deny anyone access to the Spa area that violates the dress rules.
No photography, videotaping, filming or audio recording is permitted within the facility without the express written consent of management.
